"Roxie" Roxie is a 13 year old grey spayed female who's owner was no longer able to care for her due to personal struggles. She is a very sweet and loving girl who does great with other dogs and all people that she meets. Although she is a senior, she still has a lot of spunk and personality. Roxie is active, alert and enjoys being outside, and of course snuggle time. She would make a wonderful addition to home with adults or older children. Roxie is being fostered in Edmond, OK Roxie's adoption donation is $150
"Salem" Salem is a spry 3-4 year old male blue weim with some immature graying on his face who is current on vaccinations and neutered. He is crate trained and house trained. He is very sweet and hasn't met a person or animal that he doesn't like yet. He likes to play fetch, but has trouble bringing the ball back. He has also recently taken up playing soccer, but quickly destroys the ball during the game. Salem is very attached to all of his people, and wants to be very close at all times. He likes to snuggle on the couch and in bed, sometimes right on top of you. He is housebroken and will "woof" at you to let you know he needs to potty. Even though he is graying early, don't let it fool you. He likes to go on long walks or runs and wants to greet everyone he meets. Fostered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Salem's adoption donation is $250
"Zoe" | Zoe is a very active 7 year old spayed female weighing in at 72lbs. I spend most of my day sleeping (in my own bed because I am not allowed on the furniture) and am very spoiled. I am often called a “princess”. I love going on long walks (I do pull and have to wear a pronged collar) and being let free to run in the park. I enjoy car rides as long as I get to sit in the front seat. I get along well with other dogs but I do not like cats. I am very protective and will bark at you until I get to know you but I DO NOT bite. I like to be with people all the time and will follow you from room to room. I am very smart and there are some words that my parents have to spell (like treat, walk, go) because if they say them then I get excited. I know the basic commands sit, lay down, roll over, wait, out, up, ring the bell, get back, bed. I don’t know how to stay very well but am really working on it. I am house trained and crate trained but prefer not to “kennel up”. I need to be with a family that does not need to crate me for long periods of time. I do not like to be locked in a room by myself. I get along with all females and males and love kids (especially the ones that are my size and have food). My favorite toy is a tennis ball and will sit in my bed w/my blankie and soothe myself for hours. Fostered in Kansas.
Zoe's adoption donation is $150
"Jupiter" Jupiter is a beautiful 3 year old blue female who was graciously rescued from a neglectful home by a kind-hearted family that knew she deserved better. They brought her to Heartland so that she could find a loving, energetic family to care for her. Jupiter is cat-friendly, house-trained, does not get destructive inside, and loves to snuggle with her foster family. She does well with other dogs, children and women. It takes her a little extra time to warm up to men, but she is not fearful of them. Jupiter loves to play and would do best with a family that can exercise with her daily. Jupiter is fostered in Sand Springs, OK
Jupiter's adoption donation is $250
"Max" Max is approximately 5 years old and weighs about 90 lbs. He is sweet and low maintenance. Max can be playful at times, but he also enjoys his naps! He prefers being indoors with his family. He rarely barks unless someone is at the door, which Max makes a good watch dog. Max is house trained, but not crate trained. He gets along with other dogs, but has not been exposed to cats so has not made any decision about them yet. He is great with the humans he's met, both adults and children. Max is currently looking for a loving home where he can participate in family activies such as walks, enjoying nature, plenty of attention, and of course, naps! Max is fostered in Gardner, KS Max's adoption donation is $150.
"Jasmine" Jasmine is a petite 6 year old female, who was raised by the same family since she was a puppy. She is a sweet, loving girl, who loves to play with her doggy brother. Jasmine has a nervous personality, but warms up to people quickly. She carries a bone with her everywhere, and does a wonderful job of sharing it with her people. She is slightly protective of her bones with other dogs, but is working on better sharing skills. Jasmine is left free in the home and is trained to a dog door. She does suffer from slight anxiety and has been known to chew pillows when left for long periods of time. Jasmine would do best in a home without small children and where her people are home often. She is fostered in Oklahoma City.
Jasmine's adoption donation is $150
"Zeb" This is Zeb ! He is a 4 year old neutered boy who is up to date on vaccinations and heart worm negative. He is a super sweet boy who loves to be by your side. A goofy boy who is up for anything and always has smile. He has moderate energy but does settle inside. He weighs 71 pounds and is an average size weim. He is great with other dogs, cats is unknown. He is kid friendly but still a little jumpy so probably be best placed in a home with older children. He is house trained and crated trained. He knows sit and is working on other basic commands. He is fostered in Edmond, OK
Zeb's adoption donation is $250
"Lizzie Tux" | Miss Lizzie Tux was born on October 6, 2011. I was born in rescue and have been blessed to be with foster parents who love me but I would love a forever home of my very own. I am a very good girl. I have been spayed and received 2 set of vaccinations. I'm crated trained and will even go to my crate for some quite time when things get a little crazy around here. I sleep in my crate all night
and don't need to go out in the middle of the night anymore. I have not had a potty accident in the house in several weeks. My foster mommy is so proud of me!! That doggy door she has is awesome but I'm sure I can do this without that now. I have learned so much like sit and not jumping on my foster mommy. She really does not like that jumping thing so I will run and sit by her feet so I can get lots of loving and praise. I love to play with the big dogs but know that they get tired of me more quickly than I of them. I like to chew on things but know I can only chew on my toys. I'm a pretty laid back girl who is content to sleep on my pillow or on the rug. I'm also very smart! I learned pretty quick that if I climb the stairs and go through the banister I could get on the chair without any help. I like to hang out there sometimes for a nap. I am fostered in Yukon, OK. I am fostered in Yukon, OK.
Lizzie's adoption donation is $75
"Ted" Ted is a 3 year old neutered boy who is up to date on vaccinations and heart worm negative. He is a laid back boy who is an average size weim. He is great with other dogs, cats and very kid friendly. He is house trained and crated trained. He knows sit and is working on other basic commands. He is fostered in Mustang, OK
Ted's adoption donation is $250
"Anna" Anna is a petite 3 year old, sweet girl who can at times be a little timid, but once she warms up to you, will be your best friend. Anna loves to be right next to you wherever you go. If your looking for a couch cuddle buddy, she is your weim! Anna loves to cuddle up next to you and receive pets and ear rubs (she can't get/give enough love). Anna behaves perfectly in her crate while she sleeps at night and while her foster parent is away. Anna is leashed trained, likes to go for walks, and doesn't pull at all. While Anna likes to be active and run around outside, she is a lower energy weim and would be perfectly content inside chewing on a bone or snuggling. She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. She is fostered in Oklahoma City, OK
Anna's adoption donation is $250
"Houdini" Houdini is a 5 year old silver male. He is a big guy that loves attention and being outdoors with his people and other dogs. He has been trained to hunt quail and gets very excited when it's time to "load up". He was an outside dog in his previous life, so he needs to polish his potty-training knowledge and house manners. He's very smart, quick to learn and happy to please his people, so we expect his house training to be a breeze. Houdini would do best in a family with at least one other dog sibling, and a family that will share in his love of the outdoors. Houdini is fostered in Sayre, OK
Houdini's adoption donation is $150
